Anti-Spam Policy
Kinect prohibits the use of unsolicited messages to advertise our website, products, or services. This policy applies to all parties associated with Kinect.

1. No Unsolicited Messages
Kinect does not send, authorize, or condone the sending of unsolicited commercial email (spam) to advertise or promote our website, products, or services. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, affiliates, and third parties.
2. Opt-In Only
All email communications from Kinect are sent only to recipients who have explicitly opted in by creating an account, submitting a form, or entering a business relationship with us. We never purchase email lists or send to harvested addresses.
3. No Third-Party Solicitation
We do not authorize any third party, affiliate, partner, or agent to send unsolicited messages on our behalf or to advertise our website using unsolicited messages. Any such activity is a violation of this policy and is not sanctioned by Kinect.
4. Transactional Email Only
Our emails are exclusively transactional in nature — account confirmations, password resets, security notifications, and service updates. We send email through Resend (resend.com), a legitimate email service built on Amazon SES, with full DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication.
5. Unsubscribe Mechanism
All marketing communications, if any, include a functional unsubscribe mechanism. Recipients can opt out at any time and will be removed promptly.
6. Compliance
Kinect complies with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, and all applicable anti-spam regulations. Any violation of this policy by an employee or contractor will result in immediate disciplinary action.
7. Domain Protection
We maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records on all our domains to prevent unauthorized parties from spoofing or sending email on our behalf. If you receive unsolicited email appearing to come from a Kinect domain, it was not sent by us — please report it to hello@trykinect.ai.
8. Reporting Abuse
To report spam or unsolicited messages that appear to originate from Kinect, please contact us at hello@trykinect.ai. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
