AI Readiness Audit

More revenue from the traffic you already pay for

Your CVR and AOV targets go up while CAC does too, and every tool in your stack claims lift it can't prove. Kinect is an AI sales rep for your storefront: it converts the shoppers you already acquired, and it's measured the way you'd measure it yourself — an A/B split against your own baseline.

It also produces something no analytics tool can: the verbatim record of what shoppers asked, hesitated on, and compared before they bought or bounced. First-party intent data, accruing to you.

The problems this solves

My job is CVR and AOV, and paid efficiency keeps getting worse.

The rep works the middle of your funnel: it catches the shoppers who would have bounced from search, resolves hesitation on product pages, and guides multi-constraint buyers ('for my dad, into golf, under $100') to the right product. Shoppers who engage convert at 6–21% — multiples of a typical site average.

Every vendor shows me a dashboard where they're a hero. I can't defend those numbers internally.

Kinect launches behind an A/B split with deterministic bucketing, reports against your own baseline, and only claims orders where the shopper actually engaged before buying. The cohort definitions are in the open and your analytics team can re-derive them. It's a number you can put in a board deck.

I don't have engineering cycles for another integration.

None needed. Shopify native, headless via hosted API and React SDK, and the Kinect team does the integration setup, ingestion, and tuning. The widget loads asynchronously — your Core Web Vitals stay yours. Live the same day.

I know shoppers have questions we're not answering. I just can't see them.

Now you can. Every conversation is a record of stated intent: the objections that stall purchases, the comparisons shoppers make, the questions your PDPs fail to answer. Brands use it to fix merchandising, briefs, and landing pages — it's research your surveys can't reach.

Leadership wants an answer on AI search and agents.

The same intelligence that sells on your site powers an agent-ready storefront: your catalog and brand facts structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and shopping agents can read and recommend you. Start with the free AI Readiness Audit — it shows how AI shoppers experience your store today.

The numbers, stated honestly

3–6%

more revenue for brands with Kinect, across live stores, measured against their own baselines.

6–21%

of shoppers who engage go on to purchase — multiples of a typical site average.

1 day

from kickoff to live, with the Kinect team doing the onboarding.

Engagement figures describe engaged-shopper cohorts on live Kinect stores; the revenue range is measured against each store's own baseline, not store-wide causal lift. Full methodology: How we measure. Real stores: case studies.

Frequently asked questions

How do you attribute orders to Kinect?

An order counts only when the shopper engaged — sent a message or clicked a recommended product — before purchasing. Widget presence alone never counts. The full methodology, including what we refuse to claim, is on our How We Measure page.

Can we run this as a proper experiment?

That's the default, not an option. Visitors are bucketed deterministically, the control group never sees Kinect, and we hold the claim until significance. If Kinect doesn't win the split, we want to know as much as you do.

How does this fit with our existing stack?

Kinect deliberately doesn't replace your helpdesk, email, or reviews tools — it routes support to them. Shopify native, plays well with Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Judge.me, and headless-ready via API and React SDK.
