Who delivers the work when a partner brings a client?
Kinect does. Onboarding, catalog ingestion, voice tuning, launch, and weekly reviews are all run by our team — that's true for direct customers and for partner-introduced ones. Partners stay in the loop through shared reporting and reviews as deeply as they want to be.
What kinds of clients are the right fit to bring?
$10–50M GMV Shopify or Shopify Plus D2C brands with high-consideration catalogs — supplements, skincare, fit-sensitive apparel, home, technical goods. If shoppers need real guidance to choose, the rep has work to do.
Do you integrate with the tools we build or sell?
Deliberately. Kinect routes support conversations to the brand's helpdesk instead of replacing it, and plays well with the email, reviews, and CX tools already in the stack. If your product serves D2C brands, there's likely a clean seam between us — let's find it.
