Kinect is an integration, not an app you configure. This page lists what it runs on natively, what it supports through the API and SDK, and the tools it deliberately pairs with rather than replaces.

Kinect works with what you already run rather than replacing it.
- Klaviyo. Email and SMS stay in sync with what the rep learns.
- Gorgias. Support hands off cleanly, on purpose. The rep sells, the helpdesk resolves, and the boundary is a feature.
- Judge.me. Reviews get cited as evidence when the rep recommends.
No theme rebuild in any pairing. The store's design stays its own, and turned off, pages are exactly as they were.
Cookies and privacy
Kinect adds no new cookies to the store. It works from first-party, anonymized data collected in a way that conforms to privacy rules, and shoppers who block cookies or browse privately get the same experience. The product-page layer reads what kind of shopper is on a page from context, a fit-checker or a gift buyer, and never builds lifecycle profiles of individuals.
